absolutely loved the location, but the cleanliness was just unacceptable. there was a big clump of hair in the shower drain. also, I expected a complimentary upgrade for the inconvenience, but instead received nothing as if I were just another guest, how rude! the property is super pretty with the flowers and pool, really felt nice there. the location is great, just a bit away from the busy area but still close enough.
the cleanliness of the rooms was not that great, and they didn't have soap in the showers. also, breakfast took forever and the service was a mess.
